I remember going to The Comic Shop in Old Towne at the Southwyck Mall in 1977. Did it open in ‘76 or ‘77? I remember Nick in the shop smoking cigarettes! Around the comics!! Oh well, what did they know back then?
’76, Tim. Yes, I tell people that when I’d walk in Nick was next to the register drinking coffee & smoking. If You Needed Any kind of help with anything, he’d just point “It’s over there”. I can’t say that I know if Nick even read comics.
